It's nutrient dense and high in antioxidants. Having a green smoothie for breakfast is an excellent way to create a healthy eating momentum for the rest of the day. Enjoy!
Chocolate Covered Blueberry Antioxidant Green Smoothie Recipe
1 1/2 C. Frozen Organic Blueberries
1/2 Frozen Organic Banana
1 C. Fresh Organic Spinach or Kale, packed
2 Tbsp. Raw Organic Cacao Powder
1 C. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (a little more if more liquid is needed)
Additional add ins-add one or more of your favorite superfoods (optional/may change taste/texture of smoothie): chia seeds, hemp seeds, maca, etc.
Garnish with blueberries (optional)
